Whether you're in a gym, at home, in your back yard, using weights or nautilus, PROPER FORM is crucial for many reasons.
First, it's important to MINIMIZE any risk of injury.
Second, it will MAXIMIZE the effectiveness of each exercise to make those muscles work properly.
Form is my expertise.
Taking exercise outdoors can be very energizing. Especially when using the "ordinary" to make your workout "extraordinary".
This running exercise was designed for balance, coordination and focus. Notice how many different steps are done. Also notice there was no worry about tripping or falling while running backwards in the sand.
